Winding	Winding

The 350,000 square feet Appleton facility operates six rewinders, capable of converting rolls up to 136" wide and producing finished diameters up to 72". A roll saw and six sheeters, including two precision sheeters and three trimmers produce multiple finishing options including 100" sheeting and 110" trimming and oversized sheets. A special sheeter handles converting of coarse paper, producing sheets up to 88" x 210". U.S. Paper Converters utilizes six loading docks and four rail sidings.	The 210,000 square feet Fitzgerald facility operates four rewinders capable of converting rolls up to 110" and producing finished diameters up to 70". Two sheeters and two trimmers are capable of producing sheets up to 61" x 80". Fitzgerald Paper Converting utilizes 26 loading docks and nine rail sidings.

Both facilities have the capability to convert a multitude of grades including printing grades, paperboard, newsprint, tissue and non-wovens.
